Gymnast And Dancer

Gymnastics is an amazing sport in that it gives you a foundation for success in many other sports!  This is a handstand picture of one of my gymnasts who is now a dancer.  I enjoyed watching her strength, flexibility, and athleticism turned into grace and beauty last night at her dance recital.  My girls make me so proud inside and outside of the gym:)
