Lake Accotink Orienteering

The sprint to the finish is always one of my favorite parts of any race!  These stairs would have been quite the leg burner if the course setter had put the finish up here...

Another gorgeous day of orienteering... can't beat that beautiful blue sky:)  I'm beginning to really like the month of September!!!  Thanks again to QOC for a great meet... the "out" door prizes were fun too!  I love my QOC string bag!!!  It was my first time on a brown course too... after feeling pretty confident on orange I decided to give Brown a try... not bad for my first try!!!
