"For this challenge, maintain straight legs and a tight core and kick into the wall, alternating legs for 20 repetitions. For the advanced version, kick into the wall without touching for 5 consecutive repetitions. Note the switched beginner/advanced version on the tutorial (beginner on left, advanced on right)." ~GB
