GB New Year Handstand Challenge Day 20.00

Day 20.00
"For this challenge, maintain straight legs and a tight core. Kick into the wall with one leg and come down with the other, (switching legs mid-air). Alternate legs and repeat for 30 repetitions. For the advanced version, kick-switch without touching the wall for 10 repetitions (only count the reps that don’t touch the wall))." ~GB

Wow, these are "bad" leg handstands... my first attempt was interesting...


But, they quickly got better!!!
