"This challenge will work on your straddle jump to HS. From a hands down and legs straddle position, start with a little hop and straighten your legs as soon as possible and bring them together into a HS on the wall. Continue the challenge for a total of 20 repetitions. For the advanced version, straddle jump into a HS without touching the wall for 5 consecutive repetitions." ~GB
I'm impressed that I can still do a press handstand... even though the challenge called for a straddle jump handstand, I felt like I was cheating on a press handstand so I did my sets without jumping!!!
