Day 27.00
"In this progression, start in the HS position. Straddle the legs only as wide as you can control and then bring them together back into a HS. For the beginner version, kick into the wall and perform HS straddle while keeping feet on the wall for a total of 30 reps. For the advanced version, use the middle of the floor and HS straddle for 10 consecutive reps." ~GB
