GB New Year Handstand Challenge Day 29.00

Day 29.00
"Start this challenge with a HS, then slowly control your legs into a negative straddle. Once your legs are horizontal, contract your abs and engage your legs to straight with pointed toes. Hold for 30 seconds. Beginner version use the wall by kicking into the wall with fingers about 4 inches away from the wall. Advance version perform the challenge in the middle of the floor." ~GB
