GB New Year Handstand Challenge Day 4.00

Day 4.00
"Having strong and supported arms will help with your HS endurance. For this challenge, slightly bend and lock out the elbows. For the advanced version, walk your feet up the wall belly side first. Only go as deep into the wall as your comfortable and are able to control. Bend and lock the elbows for 30r. After the set carefully walk back out with your hands with a strong/tight core, no saggy back." GB

Today's exercise was definitely harder than the previous exercises... my arms were actually tired after doing 30 mini handstand push-ups/elbow locks!!!
