GB New Year Handstand Challenge Day 6.00

Day 6.00
It’s important to develop a strong trapezius during your HS training. Start with your shoulders stacked directly on top of your wrists. Move your shoulder blades together and then separate them apart by rounding your upper back. Keep your body tight. For the advanced version walk your feet up the wall, belly-side first. Once in the HS, move your shoulder blades together (retraction) and then separate them (protraction). Do 30r slowly. After the set, carefully walk back out with your hands with a strong/tight core. No saggy back." ~GB

It is snowing in Maryland and I am wearing a tank top at the gym for the handstand challenge... can you say GOOSEBUMPS:)
