"In this challenge put it all together, like in challenge 30. Remember to lock your elbows, protract and shrug your shoulders, hollow ribs in, maintain a posterior pelvic tilt and keep your legs tight with toes pointed. Beginners hold HS on the wall for 60s. For the advanced version, hold a perfect form HS in the middle of the floor for 30 seconds." ~GB
