Waiting for Mac & Cheese

So I get this email from my mom with "Waiting for Mac & Cheese" in the subject line and this is what came attached...

I have the greatest niece... she loves her handstands just like her Tante Mare!!!  What else are you to do while waiting for Omie's Mac & Cheese, the greatest Mac & Cheese on the planet;)  Handstands help pass the time!!!
