Wicked

It was a bit of a whirlwind day with level 8 regionals in the morning, a complete wardrobe change in the car, and "Wicked" with a great group of girls in the afternoon!!!  And yes that was me that got out of the car at the mall with my dress tucked into my underwear... I thought it felt a little breezy in the back... ooops!  With one wardrobe malfunction already, I decided not to try a handstand in front of the "Wicked" poster in my dress but luckily my gymnasts came prepared with shorts under their dresses so we did manage to capture a "Wicked" handstand...

And thanks to Miss Jen for this great photo on our feet...

Overall, it was a great day... So proud of my level 8 for getting a 37 All-Around and placing 8th on bars and beam with not her best performance... 8th in the ENTIRE region is something to be proud of... there were lots of really talented gymnasts who sat and received no medals... onward and forward towards level 9!!!

And "Wicked" was AMAZING so if you haven't seen it, you have to go!!!  Thank you to Marija for the tickets and to Miss Jen for driving and finding us a fabulous VIP parking spot (right out front)!!!  Such a fun day!!!
